The information on the establishment date for these lights was quite varying, so I used the 1893 US Lighthouse Board's Light List and the 1896 Scott's New Coast Pilot to determine the date I have listed.

LOCATION: South end of Eagle Harbor, Keweenaw Peninsula, S side of Lake Superior

CURRENT TOWER LIT: 1939

CURRENT USE: Active aid to navigation

AUTOMATED: Yes

FOUNDATION MATERIALS: Emplaced

LIGHTHOUSE MATERIALS: Wood

TOWER SHAPE: Front range --- Octagonal, 19 ft. tall / Rear range --- Square tower on frame dwelling, 27 ft. tall (now it's just a daymark on a post)

COLOR(S)/MARKINGS/PATTERN: White

ORIGINAL LENS: Tubular Lantern, 1893 Light List / Electric Range Lens, 1943 Light List

NEAT CHARACTERISTICS: These range lights in conjunction with the Eagle Harbor Light guide boats past a shoal lying just 1/6 of a mile north of this harbor entrance.
