Congratulations to our Middle School Athletes of the Week, Tucker Lowery and Lane Chapman!
Tucker is a member of the 7th Grade Boys Basketball team. He was nominated by his coaches because he is a hard worker who goes above and beyond team expectations. Tucker gives 100% in everything the team does!
Lane is an 8th grade basketball player who has done a great job being one of the team’s main ball defenders this season. He had good games during the last two wins against White Cloud and Central Montcalm and made great passes to beat the zone defense!
Way to go, Tucker and Lane!

Saylor is a sophomore on the JV Girls Basketball team. She was selected by her coaches for being a leader both on and off the court who is not afraid to help teach her teammates who are struggling.
Jaxon is a senior leader on the Varsity Boys Basketball team. Jaxon had intense ball pressure in both the boys games last week to impact the opposing teams’ best players, and help the Warriors start the season at 2-0!

Today, the Freshmen Boys Basketball team heads to Beal City for a 4 PM game. Our 7 & 8th grade Boys Basketball teams are home vs Kent City with games starting at 4 PM.
Tomorrow, Varsity Wrestling heads to Meridian for a 5 PM meet. JV and Varsity Girls Basketball host Kent City with games starting at 5:30 PM. JV and Varsity Boys Basketball are on the road to Kent City with games starting at 5:30 PM.

Tuesday night, our varsity boys basketball team had a blast at the Cornerstone University men’s game! The guys formed a tunnel for the team and brought energy as the student section. 🎉
It was a great experience and the guys helped celebrate the Cornerstone coach’s 800th career win!
