Let’s hear it for last week's Middle School Athletes of the Week: Addison Dekker and Nathan Edwards!
Addison is a member of the 7th grade Girls Basketball team. She has stepped up as a leader among the team who is always encouraging her teammates. She has been putting in extra time to better herself and she always brings the hustle!
7th grader Nathan Edwards is on the Middle School Wrestling team. He is currently undefeated with a 10-0 on the season!

Congratulations to last week’s Warrior Athletes of the Week: Maverick Newman and Ashton Richards!
Maverick is a member of the Freshman Boys Basketball team. He helped lead the team to multiple wins last week with solid Big-Man play!
Ashton is a freshman on the Varsity Bowling team who achieved All-Conference status this season! He works hard at his game and it showed all season. He bowled a 238 and a 181 in the match against Central Montcalm that helped clinch the team’s conference championship!
Way to go, Mav and Ashton!

Did you know that students in our district have access to healthcare right at school? The Chippewa Hills Wellness Center, located within the Chippewa Hills secondary complex, is open Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and provides essential medical services, including:
✅ Sick visits & injury treatment
✅ Sending medications
✅ Sports physicals & well-child visits
✅ Health education & Medicaid enrollment
✅ And much more!
Plus, the Warrior Wellness Center offers in-school counseling and mental health services to support student well-being.
The Chippewa Hills Wellness Center is available for ALL Chippewa Hills students. For appointments, call 989-967-2290. 🎳 CSAA CO-CHAMPIONS! 🎳
Huge congratulations to our Boys Bowling Team on becoming the CSAA Co-Champions this weekend! Bodie Hadder is the CSAA Conference Champion! Ashton Richards and Cast Cogswell earned All Conference honors. Gage Perkins earned Honorable Mention All Conference honors.
For the Girls Bowling Team, Addie Doughty earned Honorable Mention All Conference honors!

Hannah is a senior on the Varsity Girls Basketball team. He has been putting in a lot of work on the court this season and is a great leader for the team!
Jaxon is a junior on the Varsity Boys Basketball team who works hard both on and off the court. He has many great defensive stats this season and is the defensive leader for the Warriors.

Congratulations to our Middle School Athletes of the Week: Brooklynn Wernette and Carson Humphrey!
Brooklynn is a 7th grade basketball player who was nominated by her coach for being a leader during practices and games. She is always encouraging her teammates and lifting the energy of the team.
Carson is an 8th grader on our Middle School Wrestling team. He is a consistent leader for the Warriors and at last week’s CSAA match at Montabella, Carson went 2-0 against his opponents.

Huge congratulations to this week’s Warrior Athletes of the Week, Addie Doughy and Cast Cogswell!
Addie is a senior on the Varsity Girls Bowling team. She was the top bowler for the team this past weekend in a close loss to Big Rapids. Addie has been working on her game and it shows – she threw two games in the 140s last weekend!
Cast is a sophomore on the Varsity Boys Bowling team. He was the top bowler in the boys’ win over Big Rapids! Cast has been working really hard on his game – he is climbing in the conference rankings and is becoming one of the top bowlers in the conference!

Tonight’s Middle School Girls Basketball games have been cancelled. Tonight’s Middle School & High School Wrestling match has been rescheduled for January 29.


Chippewa Hills schools will now be closed today, January 22, due to freezing weather conditions. The Little Warriors program will remain open. Stay safe and warm, Warriors!

Chippewa Hills schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 21 due to cold temperatures. Little Warriors will remain open. All athletics events and practices scheduled for Tuesday will be cancelled. All events scheduled for today will proceed as planned. Stay safe and warm, Warriors!

It's a busy week for all our high school Warrior teams!\
Today is the Warrior Invite for Competitive Cheer! Competition begins at 6 PM in the high school gym.
Tomorrow our JV and Varsity girls basketball teams host White Cloud. JV girls play at 5:30 and Varsity girls play at 7 PM. The JV and Varsity boys basketball teams are on the road to White Cloud, with JV playing at 5:30 and Varsity at 7 PM.
Varsity Wrestling hosts a dual with Lakeview and Tri County at 5 PM on Wednesday.
Then on Thursday our Freshman boys, JV girls, and JV boys basketball teams host Big Rapids. The Freshman boys start the action at 4 PM, followed by the JV girls at 5:30, and the JV Boys at 7 PM.
Varsity Girls and Boys basketball plays at Big Rapids on Friday with the girls tipping off at 5:30 PM, followed by the boys at 7 PM.
Saturday, Bowling competes in a CSAA Jamboree at Sheridan Lanes with the girls competing at 9 AM and boys at 1 PM. Wresting hosts the Warrior Team Tournament at 9 AM.
