The holiday season is a time for joy, but it can also bring stress or challenges. If you’re in need of support, the Chippewa Hills community is here for you!
Our High School Counseling Office maintains a list of resources available in and around the Chippewa Hills community to help with mental health, food assistance, housing, and clothing.
The full list is available on our website here: https://www.chsd.us/o/chhs/page/counseling-office-community-resources
You can also access this list via the CHSD Warriors app, under the Documents tab on the District page.

🍂🦃 Happy Thanksgiving, Warriors! 🦃🍂
We are so thankful for our incredible students, staff, and families who make the Warrior community so special. May your Thanksgiving be filled with laughter and love (and hopefully some exciting Lions football, too!).
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Break and we’ll see you back in class on Monday, December 2!

A HUGE thank you to our amazing Barryton Elementary community!
Last week our Barryton Elementary Confetti Club held a week-long canned food drive to support families in need this holiday season. Thanks to the generosity and kindness of our students, families, and staff, over 2,640 food items were collected!
Yesterday our Confetti Club members helped to load up all the donations and deliver them to Our Brother’s Keeper in Big Rapids, which is an emergency shelter for those who are experiencing homelessness.
A big shout out to the Barryton Elementary Confetti Club for making this possible! The Confetti Club works to sprinkle kindness like confetti throughout the school community. Let’s continue to spread kindness and compassion all year round!
Great job, Confetti Club!

REMINDER: Wednesday, November 27 is an Early Release Day! The Middle School and High School will be released at 12:00 PM. Elementary Schools will be released at 12:15 PM.
