Chippewa Hills School District will be giving away 250 Christmas dinners to local families in need this Holiday Season.
Each dinner includes ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, rolls and a cookie. All meals will be pre-prepped, and are ready to heat and serve.

Meal pickup will be on Saturday, December 23 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM behind Chippewa Hills Middle School.
A special thank you to Van Eerden Foodservice for donating the food and our amazing Chippewa Hills Food Service staff for preparing these meals for our community.
Free COVID test kits are available!
The MI Backpack Home Test program from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services provides free, at-home COVID-19 test kits to students and staff in Michigan’s schools.
Each kit contains 2 at-home tests and are available for every student in the District. If you would like a kit, they are available for pick-up at your child’s school office during school hours.

We have our 7th and 8th grade Activity Afternoon scheduled for today after school from 3:15-5:00pm. Please make sure students who plan on attending have an arrangement to be picked up by 5:00pm. We have people scheduled right at 5:00 to start setting up for the Joe Lauren Wrestling Invitational taking place tomorrow.

Our High School National Honor Society will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items at our home varsity basketball games tomorrow! Any Chippewa Hills student that brings in 4 canned or non-perishable food items will get FREE admission!

Our December Board of Education meeting is tonight at 6:00 PM in the High School Media Center.
The Middle School is looking very festive thanks to our Winter Door Decorating Competition! Homeroom classes competed to see who could best decorate their doorways, and they did a fantastic job! Congratulations to Mrs. Goodrich's class for winning the competition! We had a three-way tie for second place with Mrs. Simon (6th grade), Mr. Tramper, and Mrs. Wernette. ❄️☃️🎄
Are you coming to tomorrow's Craft & Vendor Show at the High School? The Chippewa Hills Band Boosters hosts this amazing event, featuring over 80 vendor booths! Triple C Concessions Food Truck will also be onsite serving up some delicious treats!

These students are chosen by their teachers for consistently demonstrating our WARRIOR expectations, performing well in their classes, and behaving appropriately in all areas of the school. Our Middle School Honor Society will be running the Hot Cocoa Bar at the Canadian Lakes Castle this Saturday, December 2 from 5:30-8:30 PM for Century 21 White House Realty’s Nights of Lights! In addition to hot cocoa, students will be selling homemade baked goodies to enjoy as well!
Proceeds from the Hot Cocoa Bar will go toward our Middle School’s participation at the CMU Hoops for Hunger game, a school-wide fundraiser benefiting the Greater Lansing Food Bank.
We hope you’ll come out to enjoy Nights of Lights this weekend and stop by to support our Middle Schoolers at the Hot Cocoa Bar!
