We’re excited to welcome Mrs. G’ne Jorgensen as the new Assistant Principal at Chippewa Hills Middle School!
Mrs. Jorgensen brings 10 years of teaching experience in secondary English and has served in many advisory roles for student organizations. A longtime resident of our community, she is passionate about supporting students and building strong connections with families and staff.
Outside of school, she enjoys exploring Michigan’s Upper and Lower Peninsula with her husband and their three young children—whether it’s spending time on the lake, visiting local parks, or enjoying the great outdoors.
Mrs. Jorgensen is looking forward to getting to know our students and parents, developing relationships with our staff, and being an active part of the Warrior community. Please join us in welcoming her to Chippewa Hills!

This past school year, the State of Michigan provided funding for free meals for all students. The School Aid Budget for the upcoming 2025-26 school year has not yet been finalized and it’s unclear if this funding will continue.
This means there is a possibility that school meals may no longer be free for everyone.
To prepare for any outcome, we’re asking ALL Warrior families to complete the Child Nutrition and Education Benefit Application. This quick, confidential form helps determine if your child qualifies for free or reduced-priced meals. It also ensures our school receives important state and federal funding tied to this application.
A green paper copy was included with your registration paperwork or you can download a copy on our website here: https://aptg.co/z4Xjx_. Completed forms can be turned in to your school office with your registration paperwork.
Filling out this one simple form has a big impact for your family and our entire Warrior community.
Thank you for your help, Warriors.
