Reminder: We will continue to have outdoor recess (15 minutes around lunch time) as long as the temperature is 20°F or higher. Please help your child come prepared with warm clothing each day! 🎖️ Veterans Day Celebration – Tomorrow! 🎖️
We invite all veterans and their families to join us tomorrow for our Middle School & High School Veterans Day Celebration.
Please join us at 1:00 PM for refreshments in the Middle School Cafeteria. Our school-wide ceremony will begin at 1:45 PM.
Veterans and guests, please use the gym entrance located at the back of the Middle School for parking and entry.
Let’s come together to honor and thank those who have served. Students, staff, and guests are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue in tribute to our nation’s heroes. ❤️🤍💙

It's going to be a Neon Night for our 5th and 6th graders!
The CHMS Parent Club is hosting a Neon Night dance party for 5th and 6th graders tonight, Saturday, November 8th, from 6:00-8:00 PM. There will be no cost to get in the door, but there will be light concessions available for purchase. This event is limited to current CHMS 5th and 6th graders, and students will have to check in at the door. Students can be dropped off at the middle school gym entrance starting at 6:00 PM, and they will be checked in by staff/parent volunteers. Students should have a ride home waiting for them at 8:00 PM, also at the middle school gym entrance.
Parents/guardians coming to pick up their child at 8:00 should park their vehicle in the gym parking lot and then come up to the gym entrance doors to escort their child out. We do not want to release the students into the dark parking lot unattended. This may take a few extra minutes, but the safety of our students is our top priority!
We hope to see all of our 5th and 6th graders tonight!
