Our very own Mr. Hepinstall received the Teacher of the Year Award from the State of Michigan! Our Warrior Wellness Center is seeking volunteers to serve on its Community Advisory Council!
The Community Advisory Council is made up of parents, school staff, healthcare professionals, social workers, and more! This group oversees the vision and goals of our school wellness program. Council members are only required to attend a minimum of 2 meetings per year.
If you’re interested in joining the Community Advisory Council, please attend the next Council meeting on Wednesday, May 29 at 3:15 in the High School Media Center.
If you’re unable to attend the meeting in person, please email qgriffin@dhd10.org for a link to attend the meeting virtually.

The survey is being administered by the Michigan Association of School Boards’ Executive Search team on behalf of CHSD and takes about ten minutes to complete. Anonymous individual responses will be combined with those from today’s meetings with stakeholders to provide important community input to the Chippewa Hills Board of Education as it seeks to identify the best candidate for the superintendent position.

REMINDER: Monday, May 13 is an early release day for students. The High School and Middle School will be released at 12:00 PM. Elementary Schools will be dismissed at 12:15 PM.
Day 4 of Teacher Appreciation Week! Our teachers got some pizza for lunch and treat bags were delivered to them by our Student Council and Honor Society members!
