Save the date! Our High School Open House and Student Showcase will be on Thursday, January 25 from 4:30-6:30 PM. You can meet with teachers to check on your child's progress this year and learn more about the programs we offer as we begin planning for next year’s classes. While you’re there, be sure to check out our Student Showcase featuring some amazing artwork created by our students! Our Freshman and JV Basketball teams will also be competing at home that evening.
Do you make a great pot of chili? We’ll be hosting a Community Chili Cook Off in the cafeteria at the Open House! It’s free to enter your chili and only $5 to participate in the tasting and judge your favorites! All proceeds will go toward our High School PBIS Program. Winter weather is on the way. Have you downloaded our app to get school closure notifications delivered right to your phone?
The CHSD Warriors app is free on the Google Play or Apple App Store. As you are downloading the app, be sure to “Allow Notifications” when prompted.
From there, you can manage your notifications by going to Menu > Settings > Notification Preferences and selecting which Chip Hills buildings you want to receive updates from.

Chippewa Hills School District will be giving away 250 Christmas dinners to local families in need this Holiday Season.
Each dinner includes ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, rolls and a cookie. All meals will be pre-prepped, and are ready to heat and serve.

Meal pickup will be on Saturday, December 23 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM behind Chippewa Hills Middle School.

Free COVID test kits are available!
The MI Backpack Home Test program from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services provides free, at-home COVID-19 test kits to students and staff in Michigan’s schools.
Each kit contains 2 at-home tests and are available for every student in the District. If you would like a kit, they are available for pick-up at your child’s school office during school hours.

Our High School National Honor Society is hosting a canned food drive to benefit God's Helping Hands and local families in need this Holiday Season. If you would like to support our students’ efforts, they are collecting donations of non-perishable food items at the High School through Tuesday, December 19.

The Chippewa Hills Ag Department will be hosting their online Equipment & Supplies Auction for the week of December 10-17 on Facebook! There are tractors, trailers, a shed, and so much more! Please join the Facebook group “Chippewa Hills Ag Program Equipment and Supplies” to take a look at everything for sale and receive important updates about the auction.
Bidding begins at 7:00 PM on Sunday, December 10 and will remain open through 7:00 PM on Sunday, December 17.
All funds raised through this auction will be used to purchase new equipment and supplies for the Ag program and to make improvements on the Ag barn.
